Program Philosophy

Some teachers convey a general truth and teach only theory, anatomy and physiology. Other teachers are inspired!!! These teachers are the teachers, who in their own practice, remain students and share with others what they learn. The fire is alive in them, regardless of their age. They are totally engrossed in what they teach. Such a teacher is rare.
So open your heart wide and ask your soul if you wish to become this kind of teacher.
If so.........let us begin!
Yoga Village respectfully honors all traditions in the yoga family. We offer a unique training with exposure to several styles of yoga including; Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Somatic, Iyengar,
Pre-natal, Kriya, Yin, Tantra and Yoga for seniors and children. This provides a broad base and acceptance of all traditions as well as a more rounded experience for teacher trainees.
This course is more than a "How-to-do-manual" on yoga. It explains the spiritual and physiological reasons why we should do yoga, which is why as teachers we love to share this information.
