Justine Jenne Bailey 200 RYT
Justine Bailey first discovered her own breath when she took a yoga class with her aunt at the age of eight years old. Since then, she has been practicing yoga on-and-off in various forms. In high school, Justine loved taking BodyFlow classes at the gym, which combined Yoga with Pilates and Tai Chi. In college, she did Kundalini yoga tapes by Ravi Singh and Anna Brett almost every morning. Breath of Fire got her through all of those late nights during finals weeks! After graduating from UCLA and moving back home to this Central Coast paradise, Justine felt inspired to continue learning, but in a new field. While researching her options - Pilates, Physical Training, etc. - she heard about the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Village and knew instinctively that it was the perfect fit for her. Justine absolutely adored her fellow classmates in the teacher training, as well as her teachers, who were all so inspiring. Throughout the course of the training, she deepened her physical and spiritual practice and broadened her knowledge of the art of Yoga. Justine enjoys teaching all forms of yoga, from the relaxed, restorative, meditative practices to the intensely physical Hatha variety. She is currently studying for her Personal Trainer certification, which is deepening her understanding of the human body and therefore strengthening her yoga practice. She continues to read books and journals about yoga, always striving to further immerse herself in this beautiful way of life. Namaste!
