Horses and yoga!! What more could a girl want? I live on acreage behind Lopez Lake with my husband, Jim and three beautiful Arabians: Hank, Centa and Clipper.
I became interested in yoga 10 years ago as a way to cope with repetitive stress injuries from my career as a Dental Hygienist and of course as a way to improve my riding. After retiring in 2006, I began studying yoga more seriously, taking classes at Santa Barbara Yoga Center and finally becoming a 200 RYT from Yoga Village in March 2009. I am currently teaching two classes a week with a group of my neighbors. Yoga first, then some riding and hiking! What a life!
I am certified in Therapeutic Yoga and also Reiki Level 1. I love teaching and sharing the wonderful world of yoga with my students, growing and learning with them. Namaste
