I began practicing yoga in 1999 as an alternative way to rehabilitate from a sports injury. Early on in my practice I realized the major benefits of the breath alone and became very enthusiastic in taking all styles of yoga classes including Bikram. The connection between mind, body and breath benefited not only my physical and mental practice but my daily life.
Seeing the quick recovery of my injuries and the improvement of health and mind, inspired me to share the things I had experienced and learned. I am focused on helping people take their breathing and postures to the next level connecting the lightness and strength within us.
In 2008 I attended the White Lotus Hatha teacher training in Santa Barbara, CA and finished my200 hours in San Luis Obispo.  I have been teaching privates at the slo rec center for city employees and a yoga studio in Morro Bay, CA.
I am keeping the door open to continue a 500 hour ongoing teacher training when the opportunity allows and at home am forever riding the wave of learning, practicing and teaching yoga… Namaste
