Ashtanga Yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by
      Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). this class provides an introduction to the fundamentals of                  ashtanga yoga, a scientific system of postures linking movements with the breath.
          Ashtanga aims to build strength, flexibility and concentration. Work hard and rest well!


  Beginning Yoga A wonderful class for those new to yoga.  Learn basic asanas, alignment, yoga                             history, beginning pranayama (breath work)

Community Class  A discounted ($5) all level class that allows everyone to experience Yoga                                     Our way of giving back to the community.

Gentle Yoga  A gentle practice for all levels

Hatha all level  No matter what level your practice is you will enjoy this class  The teacher will
                      offer modifications for everyone from beginners to advanced practioners

Hatha I-II  An intermediate to a more advanced level class

Introduction to Yoga   This is a 4 week course ($50) to introduce the new student to all
aspects of a yoga class including: poses, breath, history, meditation and more
    After this course you will be confident to enter into a regular yoga class ~ we
offer a 15% discount on a class card for graduates of this series

Pilates This class will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates core movements and
Pilates based exercises.  A great way to strengthen your core, gain balance and
length in the entire body.  Prior experience not necessary.

Rejuvenation    A fun class working on joint mobility, flexibility, strength and balance.

Sunrise Yoga     A great way to start your day with Yoga   In Joy

Thai Restorative    A restorative class using the techniques of Thai Body work to restore and                              rejuvenate

Vinyasa Flow     vinyasa flow is a challenging and invigorating class which develops strength and                     flexibility. This practice includes unique and creative standing sequences, classical poses                         and mudras. Great for all levels!  Students should have a knowledge of the asanas.


Yoga & Meditation   A one hour all level yoga class followed with 30 minutes of guided                                              mediation, including Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Peace   Explore the connection of of mind, body and spirit using pranayama, gentle                       yoga and meditation in this peaceful class.


Yoga for Sports Whether you golf, play tennis, run, bicycle, surf or any other sports this class will                  enhance your sport by balancing your body with stretching, strength, balance and breath                      work.  Unique therapeutic applications

Yoga Body Flow Take a yoga challenge and have fun! Focus on strengthening the lungs and building              strong bones A challenge that will not only help awaken more awareness in your all around yoga                practice but also offer an opportunity to work on advancing your balancing postures and                        inversions This class will also offer high heat by focusing on Prana and core body movement                    Classes will advance as students grow stronger

Yoga Village
YOGA TIPS Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in.  You do not wear shoes in class. Don't eat at least one hour before class.  If you don't have a yoga mat, you can rent one for $1 or purchase one of our  ECO mats for sale in the boutique.  YOGA ETTIQUITE  Please arrive early. If you are running late please do not disrupt class during opening meditation.  The front doors are locked during classes but you can be let in at the back door.  Please remove shoes when coming in. Please avoid wearing perfumes. If you have to leave early please be quiet and do not disturb Savasana.   Namaste
