Beginning Yoga A wonderful class for those new to yoga.  Learn basic asanas, alignment, yoga                             history, beginning pranayama (breath work)

Hatha I  For those moving up from beginning.  Should have a knowledge of asanas

Hatha I-II  An intermediate to a more advanced level class

Vinyasa     A more vigorous class where asanas are flowed together. Students should have
                 a knowledge of asanas before attending this class.  May include arm balances and inversions 

Somatic Yoga  A system of neuromuscular re-education to extend your life warranty. 
                     Easy anti-aging techniques that keep you young.  Breath, stretch, relax

Therapeutic  A deeply relaxing class enhancing restorative asanas with hands on energy work,                                 pranayama, gentle yoga, aromatherapy and guided meditation

Thai Restorative    A restorative class using the techniques of Thai Body work to restore and                              rejuvenate

Yoga for Sports Whether you golf, play tennis, run, bicycle, surf or any other sports this class will                  enhance your sport by balancing your body with stretching, strength, balance and breath                      work.  Unique therapeutic applications

Yoga & Meditation   A one hour all level yoga class followed with 30 minutes of guided                                              mediation, including Yoga Nidra.

Pilates This class will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates core movements and
Pilates based exercises.  A great way to strengthen your core, gain balance and
length in the entire body.  Prior experience not necessary.


     







Yoga Village
Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in.  You do not wear shoes in class. Don't eat at least one hour before class.  If you don't have a yoga mat, you can rent one for $1 or purchase one of our  ECO mats for sale in the boutique.  Please arrive early.  Namaste
Kids Yoga Let you children experience the wonders of yoga in a fun, safe environment.

Pre-natal Yoga  This class utilizes meditation and pranayama for child birth preparation, as well as yoga poses for strength and flexibility.  Come calm the mind with restorative poses and safely build strength through a Sun salutation sequence geared for pregnant moms.  Pre-registration required plus a note from your doctor/midwife before starting class.

Baby & Me (3 months - 18 months) $10 Baby & me is a sequence of postpartum yoga postures for the Mom or Caregiver, which integrates bonding with Baby, physically, mentally and spiritually.  In this 1 hour class you will spend time nurturing your baby with infant massage and yoga while caring for yourself.

Taijichuan  By increasing the free flow of energy to one's whole being, T'ai Chi Ch'uan works to restore the balance and harmony between one's physical, mental and spiritual natures.

Slow Flow  A gentler, slower Vinyasa incorporating yoga, dance, pilates and Tai Chi moves
